Ethereum Network Upgrade Alert

The Ethereum Dencun upgrade is scheduled for March 13, which promises to bring significant improvements, particularly in reducing gas fees for all Layer 2 chains such as Arbitrum (ARB), Optimism, zkSync Era, zkEVM, and Polygon. 

Okto’s Precautionary Measures 🛠️ 

To ensure the safety and security of our users' assets during this upgrade, we will be temporarily disabling the bridge and onramp services on the following chains:

• Ethereum (ETH)
• Arbitrum (ARB)
• zkSync Era
• zkEVM
• Polygon (MATIC)

Schedule for Temporary Suspension

🗓️Start Time: 07:00 PM, IST, March 13, 2024
🗓️End Time: 08:00 PM, IST, March 13, 2024

(We aim to re-enable services approximately 10 minutes after the upgrade completion once stability on the Ethereum chain is confirmed. In case of any change, the information will be promptly conveyed on Okto community channels. 

During this period, please note the following:

• Services Affected: The bridge and onramp services for the mentioned chains will be temporarily unavailable.
• Recommendation: We advise our users to plan their transactions accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during this temporary suspension.
