1. Introduction

5. Reward Distribution
5.1. Rewards will be distributed in USDT and will be airdropped directly into the participant’s Okto wallet.
5.2. Reward distribution will take place within one week after the end of the offer, on or before August 7th, 2023.
6. Fraud Prevention and Bad Actors
6.1. Okto reserves the right to conduct a thorough fraud prevention process before distributing rewards.
6.2. Okto reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participants that it deems to be bad actors or engaged in fraudulent activities.
6.3. Participants found to be using multiple accounts to abuse the promotion will be disqualified.
7. Fair Share Calculation
In case the total eligible rewards exceed the $100,000 reward pool, Okto reserves the right to calculate a fair share of payment for all users
8. Limitation of Liability
Okto is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participation in this promotion.
9. Amendments
Okto reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
